What a superior sauteed mushroom recipe! I did use a Pinot Noir wine instead of cooking wine, and maybe a wee bit more than a tablespoon, also added in a couple extra cloves of garlic.

Ingredients of Sauteed mushrooms
- You need 1 lb of button mushrooms, sliced.
- It’s 3 T of olive oil.
- Prepare 3 T of butter.
- Take 1 T of teriyaki sauce, or to taste.
- Take 1 T of red wine.
- Take 1/4 tsp of garlic salt, or to taste.
- You need 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced.
- Take to taste of Black pepper,.

- Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes..
