- Coat skillet with olive oil on medium high heat.
- Slice thinly about 10 peeled garlic pieces (again your preference) and add to skillet.
- When garlic is slightly browned add bag of spinach season with salt cover with lid and stir periodically COOKS FAST cook on med high heat.
- When spinach is to desired tenderness turn heat off cover with lid and serve hot!.
- I just wanted to add that cooking this in a cast iron skillet really enhances flavor!.
