Muri, or Chatpate is popular street food in Nepal & India. It's made using Puffed Rice (or Rice Crisps - easy to find online or on an Indian store).
Here is the best “Chatpate rice” recipe we have found so far. This is gonna smell and look delicious.
Ingredients of Chatpate rice
- Take 1 cup of boiled rice.
- You need 1 of Onion.
- It’s 1 of Tomato.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- You need 150 gms of Paneer.
- Prepare 1 spoon of Tomato sauce.
- Take 1 teaspoon of Oil.
