Spinach Dhokla Sandwich instructions
- Wash spinach and grind it to make a smooth paste.
- Now mix this paste, rava Ginger chilli paste, lemon,salt and little bit of sugar in the Besan.The batter consistency should not be thicker.
- Rest this mixture for 20 minutes.
- Place a big vessel or karahi on the flame and put some water in it.
- Now take a thali and grease it well..
- Now take the batter and mix 2 tsp eno salt in it.
- Spread this mixture in the thali evenly and place it in the vessel,cover it for 10 minutes.
- With the help of knife check your Dhokla is ready or not.
- When cooked properly remove this from the vessel and cut into 2 halves..
- In a bowl mix corn, cucumber, carrot,cabbage, tomato sauce and mayonnaise along with salt and pepper.
- Spread this vegetable mixture on the Dhokla and place the other cut Dhokla on it.
- Heat up the oil in the pan crackle mustard seeds, and sesame seeds along with splitted green chillies then add sugar water and some lemon juice in it..
- Now cut the pieces into triangular shape and decorate with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
