- Take 2 kg of chicken breast.
- It’s 2 cups of yogart.
- Prepare 1/2 of cream.
- You need 1 cup of shedded cheese.
- It’s 1 tsp of meat tenderizer.
- Take 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 2 tbsp of corn flour.
- It’s 2 tbsp of maida.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander seeds.

- You need 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of elaichi powder.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of garam masala powder.
- Take 2 tbsp of vinegar.
- It’s 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 8 of green chilles.
- You need 2 tbsp of white pepper powder.
Malai kabab is usually light coloured.However I prefer my kababs to be a bit I'm a big fan of your recipes.I have just finished marinating the chicken for the malai kababs.Chicken Malai Kabab Recipe is absolutely simple to make.
Chicken malai kababs instructions
- Marinate boneless chicken breast with vinegar, salt, meat tenderizer and ginger garlic paste.
- In a blender make a paste of green chilles,coriander seeds, coriander leaves,and cheese.
- Add this cheese and chilli paste in a bowl, to this add yoghurt, cream, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder, elaichi powder, white pepper powder, corn flour, maida, and some oil. Make a smooth paste.
- To this paste add marinated chicken and coat well. Let this marinate for 4 hours..
- Skew the marinated chicken on the skewers and grill them for 15 mins each side.
- Or you can just roast them on pan until cooked..
- Sprinkle some chaat masala over the kababs and squeeze some lemon juice over it and enjoy.
