Ingredients of Chicken Manchurian with Fried Rice
- You need 500 gm of Rice.

- Boil the rice in seasoned water,cut the veggies in cubes..

- In a pan,heat oil,add the chopped garlic,fry for 5 mins,add in the marinated chicken and cook until done.Once cooked then add the carrots,capsicum and onion,add in the soy sauce,chilli garlic sauce,tomato ketchup,and stir and let it cook for 8 mins.In the end add in the the water and simmer on low flame for 10-15 mins..
- For fried rice,in a pot,heat oil,fry the spring onions and cabbage on high flame,add in the remaining chilli and soy sauce and mix it well with the rice and serve hot with the Manchurian..
- Garnish with chilli flakes or remaining green onion.
