Ingredients of Breakfast Fried Rice

  1. Prepare 2 each of Smoke Sausage Links cut into cubes.
  2. Prepare 2 each of eggs.
  3. It’s 2 each of small Potatoes, washed and small cubes.
  4. You need 1 cup of cooked Rice.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce, more if like.
  6. You need 1 small of Onion, cut to strips.
  7. Take 3 dash of or to your liking, Creole Seasoning (I used Tony Chachere's).
  8. Make ready 3 dash of Crush Red Pepper.
