Ingredients of Fresh Cream & Chocolate Cake

- You need 3 oz of caster sugar (6 tbls) 150 grms.
- Prepare 3 oz of flour (6 tbls) 150 grms.

- Prepare 3 of Eggs.
- You need 3 oz of Caster sugar.
- Take 2 oz of flour (4 tbls).
- It’s 1 oz of cocoa powder (2 tbls).

- Take 1 cup of whipping Cream (Whippy whip).
- Prepare 1 cup of chocolate ganache.
- Prepare of ♧Chocolate Ganache:.
- Take 200 grms of Chocolate.
- Take 100 ml of cream.

- Prepare of Pineapple chunks (1 Cup).

- Mix cream and chocolate, microwave it fo a minute and mix it till melt and combine. If needed microwave it again for few seconds. (In other way can use double boiler method). After cooling beat it and place in fridge for set..
