Recipe of Favorite Sinasir

Hey everyone, welcome to our recipe page. Today I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, Sinasir. This is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Ingredients of Sinasir

1. Prepare 9 cups of white rice.
2. Make ready 2 tablespoon of yeast.
3. Take 1 of tblspn baking powder.
4. Make ready 1 of tblspn salt.
5. You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
6. You need of Oil.
7. Prepare 1 cup of flour.

Sinasir step by step

1. In a bowl Soak 8 cups of rice for at least 5 hours or overnight then cook the remaining 1 cup until soft then wash your rice and add the boiled rice in it then blend it until smooth.
2. After blending it add in the flour and yeast then mix it and close it then allow it to rise for 2hrs.
3. After 2hrs add the sugar, baking powder and salt then mix.
4. Heat up your non sticky pan then brush some oil in the pan then add 1 cup of the batter and close it using faifai(sorry I don't know the English name)cook on low heat for 5 minutes do not flip until it looks like as the picture below remove from heat and brush some oil using paper or brush then fold it to an angle shape.
5. Serve using stew,okro soup or beef sauce I served mine using okro soup.
