  3. Make ready 1 Cup of diced Capsicum.
  4. Take 1 Cup of diced Onion.
  5. Take 2 of large Potatoes.
  6. It’s 1.5 Tsp of Ginger finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1.5 Tsp of Garlic finely chopped.
  8. Make ready 2 Tbsp of Corn starch.
  9. It’s 2-3 of slit Green Chillies.
  10. Make ready 1 Tsp of Soya Sauce.
  11. Make ready 1 Tbsp of Tomato sauce.
  12. Take 1.5 Tsp of Red Chilli sauce.
  13. Take 1/4 Tsp of Black Pepper Powder.
  14. You need as required of Oil.
  15. Prepare as per taste of Salt.

  4. Coat the potatoes with 1 Tbsp cornflour and black pepper..
  5. Deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till they turn golden brown..
  6. Now, heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and diced veggies and saute them for 2 mins..
  7. Add the above sauces, Sesame seeds, honey and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water..
  8. Mix 1 Tbsp corn starch in 2-3 Tbsp of water well. Add this slurry to the pan..
  9. Let the gravy thicken. Now add the fried potatoes..
  10. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Honey chilli potatoes are ready to eat..
