- You need 3 of large potatoes cut in long shape.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need as required of Oil.
- Make ready 10-12 of garlic, chopped.
- It’s 1 of capsicum chopped.
- You need 1 of onion chopped.
- It’s 1-2 tbsp of Redchilli sauce.
- It’s 2-3 tsp of honey.
- Take 1 tsp of vinegar.
- Prepare Few of Green chillies ,chopped.
- Prepare 4-5 tbsp of tomato sauce.
- Take 2-3 tsp of cornflour.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- It’s as required of Oil for frying.
- Prepare 1-2 tsp of Sesame seeds.

- Wash peel and cut potatoes in long pcs. Wash it again after cutting and then put it in water and keep it for 4-5 hrs. After 4-5 hrs Take a big pan add water and little salt in it and boil potatoes for 2-3 mins. Take it out in a strainer and keep it in kitchen towel so that it is dry..
- Now transfer this in a mixing bowl and add 2-3 tsp cornflour to it use very little water to make a coating of it. Now in a kadhai add oil and deep fry it in medium flame. When the potatoes are fried keep it on any plate. Now take another kadhai and add 2-3 tsp oil in it. Now add chopped garlic and green chillies in it after few seconds add onions and capsicum in it. Cook it for 2-3 mins. Now add salt, tomato sauce, Red chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder to it. And mix it properly.
- Now add the fried potatoes in it and mix it properly and fastly. Now add sesame seeds in it and finally add honey in it mix it and immediately switch off the gas. Serve hot.
Make sure you use wok for cooking this dish as it gives enough scope for the sauces to properly coat the potatoes.Deep fry the potato fingers for making them crispy.Do not further cook the potatoes, if you have added honey to it.
