- Prepare 100 ml of dosa/idli batter(rice crepe batter).
- Prepare 3 tsp of oil.
- It’s 2 tbspn of onions finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 tbspn of tomatoes finely chopped.
- You need 2 tbspn of boiled veggies like green peas, cauliflower, potato, French beans, etc.
- Make ready 2 tbspn of tomato sauce.
- Make ready 1/2 tbspn of chilli sauce.
- It’s 1 1/2 tsp of pav bhaji masala powder.
- It’s to taste of salt.
- Make ready 3 tsp of butter.
- Take 2 tsp of coriander leaves, finely chopped.

- Heat the dosa pan and pour a tsp of oil..
- Wipe off the oil with a kitchen towel.
- Further sprinkle water over hot pan and wipe off completely. (This helps to cool the pan slightly, and get crispy – golden colour to dosa.).
- Now pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread in circular manner gently..
- Keeping the flame on low add in chopped onions and chopped tomato in the center.
- Add the boiled vegetables.
- Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce and 2 tbsp chilli sauce..
- Add in ½ tsp pav bhaji masala powder and salt to taste..
- Add 1 tsp of butter and mix well.(optional).
- Mash slightly without breaking the dosa.spread the stuffing covering the entire dosa..
- Now sprinkle few chopped onions and coriander leaves.scrape the dosa from sides and fold half..
- Serve Pav bhaji dosa hot with coconut chutney or some butter. Enjoy!.
