- Make ready 1 cup of chopped onion.

- Make ready 1 tsp of ginger garlic finely chopped.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 sachet of Maggi masala-e-magic.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
- Take as needed of Salt.
- Take 2 cups of water.

Indian Tadka maggi (Street style) step by step
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add onion, saute until translucent. Add ginger garlic. Saute it for 20 seconds. Add tomatoes, green chillies, and all seasonings. Saute all for a minute..
- Add 2 cups water. Bring it a boil..
- Add Maggi and masala. Cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes..
- Once done. Switch off gas..
- Serve and enjoy tadka Maggie.
