- To make this firstly boil the chana in pressure cooker by add water, salt and turmeric powder..
- When they got boiled,heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and astofeida just saute for a minute..
- Now add boiled chana and all masalas(red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, black salt) and mix it properly and cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Take out this masala chana in a big bowl add both chutney also add chopped onion, tomatoes and green chilli..
- Now just serve in a bowl and garnish with mint leave..
