- It’s 4_5 of piece fish washed & merinate in salt for half an hour.
- Make ready 1 bunch of coriander leaves washed and finely chopped.
- You need 3_4 of tomato puree.
- It’s 4_5 of green chillies paste.
- Prepare as needed of Oil for frying fish & gravy.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Garlic paste.
- Take as needed of Water.
- Take 1 of medium size onion paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, red chilli, garam masala.
- You need 1 tbsp of dhaniya.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of jeera powder.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.

- First In deep pan fry the fish and put aside.
- Now in same pan take out the extra oil and heat it.
- Add garlic paste and sauté.
- Then add tomatoes & coriander leaves purée, onion paste and green chillies paste and again sauté it till pan leaves the oil.. and add all masala.
- Then add some water as you want for gravy.
- Add fried fish and cook it on slow flame for 4-5 min.
- Turn off the flame & serve fish in fried masala with roti or rice….
