- You need of salt as required(2-3 pinch).

- It’s 1 tsp of red pepper.
- Make ready 3 tbsp of soya sauce.
- Take of for rice.
- It’s 4-1/2 cup of rice basmati.
- Take 1 tbsp of vinegar.
- You need 3 tbsp of salt or as required.

- You need 6-7 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 1/2 tbsp of crushed red pepper.
- Take of for sauce.
- Make ready 10 tbsp of mayonese.
- Prepare 5 tbsp of ketchup.
- Take 1 tbsp of chilli ketchup.
- Take 2 tbsp of red sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of mustard paste.

BBQ rice step by step
- Chicken ko wash kar ke kisi b shape main cut kar le.
- Ginger garlic and green chilli ka 2 tbsp yogurt ke sath paste bana le.
- Baqi ka yogurt and spices add karein..
- Mix well and add chicken.
- After marination atleast left for 1/2 hour.ap ek din pehly kar ke b freeze kar sakty hain.
- Oil main onion ko light golden hone tak saute karein.
- Marination wala chicken add karein or cover kar de.
- Jab chicken ka pani dry hu jae or oil separte tu flame off kar de.
- Vegetables cut kar le.
- Oil main gingergarlic ko saute karein light golden hone tak.
- Add carrot and saute for 5 mins.
- Then add capsicum.
- Add soya sauce.
- Add cabbage and green onion or check kar le vegetables soft hu ge hain.
- Spices add karein or achy se mix kar de.
- Rice ko wash kar ke 30 mins ke lie bhigo de.
- Boil karne ke lie pani main salt and vinegar add karein.
- Boil kar ke stain kar le.
- Tarke ke lie oil main red pepper dalein or khushboo ane pay flame off kar ke rice pay dal ke mix kar de.
- 3 coal ko achy traha se burn karein.
- Foil paper main rakh ke oper oil ke drops dalein and 10 mins ke lie cover kar de.
- Do same with rice and vegetables.
- Sauce ke lie mayonese main ketchup and red sauce add karein.
- Chilii ketchup and mustard paste add karein.
- Mix kar ke bottle main dal le.
- Side py vegetables rakhein mid main rice or oper chicken.
- Sauce chicken and vegetable ko separate b serve kar sakt hain.
- Ya mix kar ke b serve kar sakty hain.
