Ingredients of Daal Chawal with Salad and Chutney
- Take 2 cups of rice(wash and soaked).
- It’s 1 cup of massor.
- It’s 1 cup of moong (both wash and soaked together).
- It’s 1 tablespoon of red cilli.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of haldee.
- You need 2 tablespoon of zeera.
- You need 1 tablespoon of adrak lehsan paste.
- It’s Half of cup oil.
- Make ready 3 tablespoon of salt.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic.

Daal Chawal with Salad and Chutney instructions
- Take 2 cups of rice wash and soak them.
- Add 3 glass of water in a large bowl, oil, 1 tablespoon zeera and 1 tablespoon salt and bring it to boil.
- Drain the water of soaked rice and put the soaked rice into the boiling water.
- Check the tendency of the rice, when they are done remove from flame and the drain water.
- For daal, add water in a bowl, red cilli, haldee, 1 tablespoon salt, adrak lehsan paste. Keep it on medium flame and continuously boil then.
- In a separate shallow pan add oil, chopped garlic and zeera for tarka..
- Light brown them and add them in the daal when it thickened. Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Delicious daal and chawal are ready, serve them with salad and raita😊.
