- Take 2 cups of wheat flour /(as required).
- Make ready 1 t bsp of oil for kneading dough.
- You need as needed of Oil for shallow fry.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Take 1 tsp of green chilli paste.
- Take 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Take 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of crushed garlic(optional).
- Make ready 1 tbsp of fresh Fenugreek leaves(optional).
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It’s 1 pinch of Asafoetida.
