  1. Prepare 1 bowl of cooked dal.
  2. Prepare 1 bowl of cooked rice.
  3. You need 1 of garlic paste.
  4. Make ready 1 of small piece of ginger chopped.
  5. Prepare few of Green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
  6. You need 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  7. You need as required of Paneer cubes or cheese cubes.
  8. Make ready As per taste of Chilli flakes.
  9. You need 2 Tablespoons of corn or rice flour.
  10. Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
  11. It’s as required of Bread crumbs.
  12. Take as required of Oil to deep fry.

Dal Chawal Arancini #flavour1 step by step

  1. Put a pan add 1 teaspoon pure ghee add cumin seeds and crackle it then add grated ginger and garlic paste, stir it for a while then add green chillies and put dal and stir it continuously till it dries..
  2. Now mix it with Chawal and add chopped coriander leaves, now make small ball and fill paneer or cheese cube inside it, do the same with all mixture..
  3. Now make a thin paste of cornflour, add chilli flakes and oregano and a pinch of salt. Dip the ball into this and wrap it with bread crumbs, do the same with all and keep it aside..
  4. Now put a Kadai on flame, add oil and heat up, now deep fry the balls, not more then four at a time..
  5. Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. I am sure that you will like it and relish it too..
