Ingredients of Cheesy Chicken Discs

  1. Make ready 250 gms of boneless chicken.
  2. It’s 1 tbsp of salt.
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of shezwan sauce.
  5. You need 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce.
  6. Take 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  7. It’s slices of Bread.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of greater cheese.
  9. You need 1 of chopped onion.
  10. Take 1 of chopped carrot.
  11. Take of Fresh coriander leaves for garnish.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  13. Prepare of Butter as required.

Cheesy Chicken Discs step by step

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add Ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min. Add boneless chicken cubes and cook for 5 mins or untill it changes colour..
  2. Add tomato ketchup, shezwan sauce and soya sauce and mix well,cook for 15mins on low flame..
  3. Take a bowl add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and mix well..
  4. Add chopped onion and chopped carrot into the prepared chicken mixture..
  5. For preparing the discs, take some white bread slices and cut them with a sharp edged cutter..
  6. Cut smaller rings out of the bread slices so that each bread slice can be used as a base with a ring on top..
  7. Apply mayo and ketchup sauce on each bread slices.place the bread ring over it and press it lightly..
  8. Put a tbsp stuffing in the centre spread evenly and add the greatest cheese over it. Apply a little butter on the edges of the ring..
  9. Place all the rings in a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at 180dc for about 10 mins, until the cheese melts and rings are golden brown in colour.cheesy discs are ready to be served..
