- Take 300 gm of potato.
- Make ready 1 clove of chopped garlic.
- Take 1 of chopped red chilli.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of corn flour.
- You need 1 cup of refined oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of sesame seeds.
- You need 2 tsp of chilli flakes.
- It’s 1 tsp of tomato chilli sauce.
- It’s 1 tsp of vinegar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of honey.
- It’s 1 of onion shallot.
- You need to taste of Salt.

Crispy Honey Chilli Potato step by step
- Wash the potatoes & peel them..
- Now take a heavy pan & add 5 cups of water..
- Once the water boiling..
- Add potatoes & allow to simmer on a low flame till they are almost done but not soft & squishy..
- In a bowl, mix together garlic, red chilli, salt, corn flour & mix well..
- Keep aside for 3-5 min..
- Now add the potatoes & toss well so that the mixer completely coats them..
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame & deep fry the potatoes till they are crispy..
- Drain excess oil and place them on an absorbent paper..
- Now heat a little oil add chopped garlic, sesame seeds, vinegar & tomato sauce & cook for a min. & turn of the heat..
- Add honey seasonings onion shallots & pour over the potatoes..
- Toss well..
- Serve the honey Chilli Potato..
Make sure you use wok for cooking this dish as it gives enough scope for the sauces to properly coat the potatoes.Deep fry the potato fingers for making them crispy.Do not further cook the potatoes, if you have added honey to it.
