French fries instructions
- Take a large size potato.. Cut the top and bottom of potato to get a perfect size… Slice it long… Take a bowl add cold water dip the potato and rest for 30 min In refrigerator..after 30 min drain all the water… Place the potato on clean kitchen towel.
- The potato should complete dry.. Heat oil in a wok.. Add the potato fry it until the potato cook.. Colour should not be changed… Place it on tissue.. After 5 min.
- Heat oil in high flame.. Add the potato fry it until it's color change.. Remove it in a serving plate.. Sprinkle some salt.
