Ingredients of Simple Gizdodo
- You need of Riped plantain.
- Prepare of Cooked gizzard.
- It’s of Roughly ground red pepper.
- It’s of Fine chopped onion.
- Take of Vegetable oil.
- Take of Salt.
- You need of Maggi star chicken seasoning.

Simple Gizdodo instructions
- Peel and cut plantain to cubes, set aside.
- Cut the gizzard to small size.
- Heat oil in pan on fire, salt the plantain and deep fry till golden brown.
- Remove from fire and drain oil.
- In another pan, add little oil(enough for sauce), add the red pepper stir fry, add the chopped onion as you stir fry on low heat.
- Add in seasoning, salt stir and put the gizzard as you stir fry for some minute.
- Off the heat set aside.
- Dish out the fried plantain and pour in the gizzard on the plantain.
- Simple gizdodo ready to be enjoyed like that or as side dish with rice.
