- Take 2 1/3 cup of Flour.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Vanilla.

- Take 1 cup of Milk chocolate chips.
- It’s 3/4 cup of Semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Take 1 jar of of Nutella.
- Prepare 1 can of Dulce de Leche.
- Prepare 1 dash of Sea salt.

- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter and cook, stirring slowly with a whisk until golden, nutty scented and foamy, about 3-5 minutes. set aside to cool. meanwhile, mix the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
