- You need 2 medium of potatoes.
- Take 4 of eggs.
- Prepare of Seasoning.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of olive oil.
- Prepare 2 clove of garlic, minced.
- Take 1 tsp of dried basil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ground cumin.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- Take 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mozarella cheese.

- Remove from the stove, the eggs on the surface should still be runny. Add the cheese on top, and put under the grill to melt the cheese and continue to cook the eggs for 3 - 5 minutes..
