Ingredients of Masala Pasta
- You need 150 gm of pasta.
- Take 2 of big sized chopped onion.
- Take 1/2 of big sized chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 2 of medium sized chopped tomato.
- You need 1 of green chilli chopped.
- Make ready 2 cube of cheese.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder.
- Make ready 2 pinch of garam Masala powder.
- It’s 2 tablespoon of tomato puriee.
- Take 3 tablespoon of hot chilli garlic sauce.
- It’s 20 gm of butter.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of cyclindrical cut beans.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of thinly sliced carrot.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
Indian style Masala pasta is a spicy Indian style pasta with all the spice powders to jazz up the dish to suit our taste buds.I have tried masala pasta in Indian style twice before.I was born, chicken marsala was a thing, Jane Fonda was everything, I mean kinda brilliant right?What marsala wine to cook with?
Masala Pasta instructions
- Pasta, carrot, and beans - boil all 3 together. Strain the water out. After around 15-20 mins. Take a kadhai, add butter, cumin seeds, chopped onion and fry till the contents turn into medium brown colour. Add then capsicum and green chillies. Stir for 3-4 mins. Add the chopped tomato, and stir for 2 mins and cover the kadhai with a lid and keep the flame low. Check in between to see if the tomatoes are soggy. Then add all the spices into it. Add tomato puree..
- Add little water to it and ensure that you still till the dry smell of spices go away. Add then add the pasta (pasta, carrot, beans) into the kadhai. Add tomato sauce to it. Stir the contents for 5-10 mins with every thing. Close the stove and put back the lid onto the kadhai. Then take a microwave safe service plate, add the pasta to it. Add grated cheese on the top and chilli flakes. Put that in microwave and switch on the microwave for 1-1/2 mins. Serve it hot after taking it out..
