- Take of Pizza sauce.
- Prepare 1 bar of Cheddar Cheese grated.
- Make ready 1 bar of Mozzarella Cheese grated.
- Prepare of Dried oregano.
- You need of Jalapenos.
- It’s of Homemade Pizza sauce.
- You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare 5-6 of Tomatoes.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Red Chilli flakes.
- It’s 1 of and half tsp Vinegar.
- Take 1 tbsp of Soya sauce.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Hot sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of Crushed black pepper.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Ketchup.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Chilli garlic sauce.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Hp sauce.
- Make ready 2 of sliced bulbs of spring onion.
- Prepare 1 of and half tsp Chicken powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Dried mixed herbs.

- Take 2-4 of Readymade Pita Bread or as much sandwiches you want to make.
Cook until brown on both sides and cheese melts.This is one of our go-to meals on a night when we need to eat fast, and my kids absolutely love them.I usually have to make two full batches because everyone wants more.They might be the most requested sandwich in our home.
Pizza Sandwich 😋 instructions
- Mix Tandoori Chicken masala in Leftover qeema and cook it for 2 mins. It's already cooked so we don't have to cook it more..
- Now add diced capsicum & onions and mix it well. Than give Coal smoke to it. & thn keep it aside..
- Now make pizza sauce. For that take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it, now add sliced green onion bulbs and fry it till golden..
- Now add chopped tomatoes and crushed red chillies, salt, black pepper, cover the lid and let it cook till tomatoes softened..
- Now add all the sauces and chicken powder and bhunofy it.. when water dries up & sauce becomes thick add dried mixed herbs in it and cover the lid and cook it on low flame for 2 mins.. in last blend it with the help of hand blender. When it cools down put it into the air tight Jar and keep it into the refrigerator.. you can keep it for upto 2 weeks in fridge and for 1 mnth in freezer..

- Now come back to the assembling of Pizza Sandwich..
- Grease baking dish and put 1 pita bread on it, now spread Pizza Sauce on it..
- Now spread a layer of prepared Qeema, then sprinkle some Jalapenos..
- Now layered it with grated Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese..
- Now put another Pita Bread on it to make a sandwich. And spread pizza sauce on it..
- Now again layered it with both the Cheese, sprinkle some Chilli flakes & dried Oregano on it..
- Now bake it on 180°c in pre-heated oven for 5 to 10 mins or until the Cheese melts. & Tadaaa Pizza Sandwich is ready to serve 😋.
