- Prepare 350 g of chicken meat (deboned, skinless).
- Make ready 2 Tbsp of curry powder.
- Prepare 1 of potato (sliced).
- Make ready 1 of tomato (diced).
- You need 40 g of shallots (chopped).
- Make ready 20 g of garlic (chopped).
- It’s 20 g of ginger (chopped).
- Take 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of cooking oil.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.

Student Meal; Chicken Curry instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite size pieces Rub 1 Tbsp curry powder and 1 tsp salt to the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes..
- When ready, in a wok or pan, heat up 2 Tbsp of oil on high heat. Fry the chicken until both side brown and cooked well. Set aside and rest the chicken..
- Add another 1 Tbsp of oil to the a wok or pan and heat up on a high heat. Fry the garlic, shallots and ginger until fragrant (10 seconds). Then add the curry powder and fry until that is fragrant (another 10 seconds)..
- Next add the potato, tomato, and fry it for a minute, mixing them well. Add 1/2 cup water and cover with a lid. Cook until potato is tender..
- When the potatoes has soften, add the chicken to the wok and mix well. Season with salt if needed. Serve hot..
