Mango and chicken are a power combo! This mango chicken curry recipe uses boneless, skinless breasts or thighs, mango, onion, ginger, garlic, curry, cumin, raisins, and coconut milk.

Ingredients of Mango and Chicken Curry
- Take 3 of chicken breasts chopped up.
- You need 1 tablespoon of mango powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
- Take of Chopped up fresh coriander.
- You need 1 of green mango (get one which isn’t too ripe).
- You need 1 teaspoon of tumeric.
- You need 1 can of low fat coconut milk.
- You need 3 cloves of fresh chopped garlic.
- You need 1 teaspoon of pink salt.
I made it simply because I thought it would be delish - and it blew me away.Slice the remaining mango and stir in to heat through while you shred the chicken with two forks.Season and serve scattered with the coriander, with basmati rice, naan bread, chutney, lime pickle and our sides.This Mango Chicken recipe is sensationally delicious, ridiculously quick and easy and destined to become a family favorite!
Mango and Chicken Curry step by step
- Put a pan on the stove on medium heat, add a teaspoon of ghee and start to brown off the chicken. After about 5 minutes add the salt and all the spices - cook off for a further 5 minutes..
