Ingredients of Shakkar pare
- Prepare 2 kg of maida.
- It’s 1 kg of sugar.
- Take 1 cup of ghee.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
- Take as needed of Mixture of milk and water.

Shakkar pare step by step
- Heat ghee and wait till it get warm..
- Make a well between maida and add oil, salt and warm ghee..
- Now add powdered sugar and mix it first. Then first mix 1 cup milk with 1 cup water and pour that mixture in it. Incase needed add additional. And make soft dough. Remember if you make a ball of that dough and place it on platform it should get flat but it shouldn't be runny. It should able to hold ingredients..
- Then make thick chapati of it. And cut small squares of it..
- Then fry those squares on low flame and fry it till nice golden shade..
- Cool it down and store it in air tight container..
