- You need 2 cups of maida.
- You need 1/2 cup of oil.
- Take 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- Take 1/2 cup of water.

- It’s 1 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1/2 cup of water.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of cardmom powder.
- Take of oil for frying.

- Take maida in a bowl and add the salt and baking soda and oil and mix it well and add the water and knead well. let it rest for half and hour..
- After half and hour,take a portion of dough and roll it to ir desired thickness and cut into strips/diamond shape as per ur preference and deep fry in oil….
- Take a pan and add the sugar and water and let it melt till 3 string consistency and add the cardmom powder…..
- Put the fried paras in the sugar syrup and coat well….once coated transfer it to a plate and let it cool and serve.
