Veggie mayo rolls step by step
- Cut the edges of the bread slices..
- Now with the rolling pin flatten the bread slices..
- Mix together all the chopped vegetables..
- Now add salt to taste, sandwich masala, mayonnaise and schezwan chutney..
- Mix well. And now start filling the mixture in the bread slice as shown..
- Turn one side. Now turn another side and fix it with the help of toothpick as shown.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining bread slices..
- Serve immediately..
