Ingredients of Chocolate Shankar pare
- You need 1 cup of maida.
- Take of Chocolate syrup.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of ajwain seeds.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Prepare of Oil.
- Take of Water.
It's worth to make this snack at home because the process is very easy and you just need a few basic ingredients like maida, rava, sugar, ghee, milk, salt and oil.Sieve the whole wheat flour and salt together in a deep bowl with the help of a strainer.Add the milk-sugar mixture, a little at a time and knead into a firm dough.Add sugar to the above mixture and stir well.

- In a mixing bowl add maida,chocolate syrup, salt, ajwain seeds and add 1tsp oil.
- Mix it well. Add some water and knead a soft dough.
- Take a ball and roll it into a round shape and cut it into your desired shape.
- Deep fry the Shankar pare on medium to low heat till golden brown.
- Chocolate shankar pare is ready to serve.
