- Pan me oil gram kar ke bay leaves or zeera or sliced pyaz dal kar fry karein.
- Dahi me sary spices or gingr garlic paste dal kar mix kar dein.
- Piaz li8 brown ho jaye to Chicken dal kar 4 sy 5 minute fry karein.
- Dahi wala mixtur dal dein or achi trah bhoon lein.
- Chicken half done ho jaye to methi dal kar 2 minute or bhoon lein.
- Cover kar ke 10 minute simmer karein.
- Serve with naan/paratha or chapati.
- Achi trah msala bhoon lein.
