  2. It’s of Garlic.
  3. It’s of Chicken breast.
  4. Make ready of Cheese (portions).
  5. Prepare of Parsley.
  6. Prepare of Grated cheese.
  7. Take of Eggs.
  8. You need of Fresh cream.
  9. Take of Salt and black pepper.
  10. Prepare of For dough:.
  11. Take 50 ml of warm milk.
  12. Take 50 ml of oil or melted butter.
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  14. It’s 1 tsp of sugar.
  15. Take 1 tsp of yeast.
  16. Make ready 125 g of plain flour.

Spinach mini quiches ! step by step

  1. Cut and put spinach in a pan, cover it and let them on low fire till they get ready.
  2. In a box put flour salt sugar yeast, stir, add oil and milk, close the box and shake it till you get a soft dough, let it rest.
  3. Fry garlic and chicken slices in 2 tbsp of oil till golden, add spinach and stir for a while, add salt and black pepper take them off the fire, add cheese and parsley then blend well !.
  4. Mix one egg with 50 ml of fresh cream salt and black pepper.
  5. Take small molds, put bit of dough, fill them with spinach, add the previous liquid mixture, add grated cheese and bake it on 180 degrees till golden !.
  6. Ps : I use the blender because my girls hate the fibers of spinach, I fry garlic and chicken till golden to add a strong flavor that covers the spinach flavor :).
