- In a bowl mix all ingredients except oil and rose water.
- Marinate chicken in these masala for at least 2 hours..
- Heat oil in a pan. Release extra masala from chicken and fry chicken well. Add 1/2 cup of water to masala and pour in chicken and cook for15 minutes in low flame using lid. Then high micro for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
