- Prepare of Egg -2.
- You need cubes of Seasoning.

Jollof noodles and fried omellete step by step
- Chop tomatoes, pepper and onions and fry in veg. Oil till dry..
- Grind crayfish and add add one seasoning cube, salt and water then allow to boil..

- For the omellete break in quarter seasoning cubes and pinch of salt into bowl, add teaspoon water and crush to dissolve, add chopped onions and break in eggs and stir..
