- Take 150 ml of milk.

- For thread roll:.
- Take 300g paneer.cut it into long thick pieces.now take a bowl and add mirch salt crushe ginger and 2 tbsp cornflour soya sauce and tomato ketchup in it and mix it properly..
- Take a pan and add water in it.boil it and add seviyaan in it.boil it for 5 min.switch off the flame and put it in cold water to avoid over cooking..
- Dip the paneer in masala mixture and cover it with some cornflour. now wrap seviyaan over it and put it in refrigerator for about 30 min..
- Now take paneer and fry it on low flame till golden brown..
- For mayonnaise sauce: take oil and milk in a blending jar and blend it to smooth paste.now add a pinch of salt and blend it again.our mayonnaise is ready..
- For schezewan sauce: take red chillies and dip it in water for 2 hours..
- Take out red chilli after 2 hours and blend it into smooth paste..
- Take a pan and add oil in it.now add chopped ginger and cook it for 5 min.add red chilli paste and cook it for 10 min at medium flame..
- Now add soya sauce tomato ketchup and vinegar in it and cook it for another two min.add 1 cup water in it and cook it.add salt at the end mix it properly and cook it till oil gets separated and our sauce is ready.
