- Make ready 1 1/2 slice of Cheese (I used American).
- Make ready 1 cup of Egg Whites.
- Make ready of Salt and Pepper.
Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir until almost set.Stir in cheese, green onions and sausage mixture.Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface; brush with melted butter.Divide scrambled eggs between the crescent rolls, sprinkle with cheese, and top each with one cooked sausage breakfast link.

- Preheat oven to 350°F..
- Unroll crescent roll triangles onto a greased baking sheet..
- Top with cheese slices..
- Scramble egg whites over medium low heat..
- Add eggs to triangles..
- Top with sausage links (I always have some precooked turkey sausage links on hand for stuff like this.).
- Roll them up..
