  5. You need 1 lb of smoked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and cut into 1 inch pieces( I used about a pound and a half ).

  7. Take 1 each of medium zuccini, cut into 1 inch pieces.
  8. Take 1/4 of salt or seasoning salt.
  9. Take 1/4 tsp of pepper.
  10. Take 3 each of small to med tomatoes( I added these, not origionally called for in recipe).
  11. Prepare 1 of a touch of Dijon mustard, optional ( I didnt use it).
  12. Make ready 1/4 tsp of celery salt( optional, I added this ).
