Ingredients of Ragi Dosa with Coriander stem chutney
- You need 1 cup of ragi.
- It’s 1/4 cup of Urad dal.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of raw rice.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds.
- Take 1 bunch of coriander stem.
- Prepare 2 strand of curry leaves.
- Take 2 of green chilies.
- Take Pinch of Cumin seeds.
- Make ready as per taste of Salt.

Ragi Dosa with Coriander stem chutney instructions
- Soak Ragi, Urad dal, Raw rice, fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours..
- Mix them all and keep aside for 12 hours for formentation..
- Once it is formentated add salt as per your taste..
- Then preapre a flower shape dosa..
- For Green chutney,take the stem of coriander leaves,little amount of curry leaf, green chili, cumin seeds for digestion and salt..
- Just fry baby onions with little amount of urad dal and curry leaf, if you like to enhance the taste..
Coriander stem chutney is yet another recipe that i learnt during my sojourn in Bangalore.The whole recipe is based on balance of different flavours (sweet, salty, sour & spicy).It is a change from the coconut based and tomato based chutneys that i am used to.
