Ingredients of Hariyali Murg
- It’s 250 gms of chicken (marinated in 1 tsp turmeric powder & salt as per taste. Allowed to marinate for an hour).
- It’s 1 cup of chopped onions.
- It’s 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- Take 10-12 of Whole spices -( 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 star anise, 3-4 black peppercorns, 1 cardamom pod).
- Take 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 4 of green chilies.
- Take 1 cup of coriander leaves.
- You need 1 cup of mint leaves.
- It’s 1 tbsp of kewda essence.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of fresh cream.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- You need as per requirement of Water.
- Make ready as per requirement of Oil.
- Make ready as per taste of Salt.

- Add the blended paste to the chicken, 2 cups of water & 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well. Add salt as per taste. Cover & let the gravy cook..
