Ingredients of Paper Dosa
- Prepare of Parboiled Rice/ Idli rice.
- Take of Urad Dal.
- Take of Fenugreek seeds.

Paper Dosa step by step
- Wash rice soak it in water for 6 hours..
- Wash urad dal soak it in water for 6 hours. In urad dal add Fenugreek seeds..
- After 6 hours drain water from rice and udad dal..
- Grind urad dal Fenugreek seeds in grinder make smooth batter..
- Batter should be fluffy and not very thick..
- Mix both the batter together in large bowl..
- Cover it with plate and leave it at room temperature for 8-10 hours or overnight for fermentation..
- Stir the batter with a spoon. If it looks too thick, add few tablespoons water and salt and mix it well..
- Heat non-stick tava..
- Sprinkle few drops of water on the surface..
- Apply 1/2-teaspoon oil on the griddle and spread it evenly with a spatula..
- Take a ladle full of batter, pour it over the surface of tawa..
- Make it into round shape..
- Apply 1 teaspoon oil around the edges of dosa..
- Cook until the dosa turn light brown..
- Hot and crispy plain paper dosa is ready to serve with chutney and sambhar..
