Ingredients of Chicken pateela Tikka
- Take 1/2 kg of chicken leg.
- It’s pieces of 50 gm plain yogurt.
- It’s 1/2 cup of water.
- Take 1/2 of lemon juice.
- It’s 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- Take to taste of salt.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1 of tomato for garnishing.
- Take of for instent raita.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of yogurt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of raita powder.
- You need of mint chutniy.
- It’s 1 of green chilli.
- It’s of salt.
- You need 1/2 of lemon juce.
- You need leaves of mint.

- Make deep slits in chicken leg pieces..
- In a bowl, combine together yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste..
- Squeeze a lemon juice over it..
- Mix well and make a fine paste..
- Apply this paste on the chicken pieces..
- Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours..
- After 4 hours, heat oil in a cooking pot..
- Put marinated chicken in hot oil..
- Cook for 5 minutes or until it's change colour..
- Now add a cup of water..
- Bring to a boil then reduce the heat..
- Cover and let it simmer 15-20 minutes..
- Increase the flame to let excess water evaporate..
- Take it out in a serving dish..
- Delicious Chicken Pateela Tikka is ready to serve..
- Serve with chapati.
- Garnish tomato slice.
- Dahi raita and podeena chutney….
