- Take 1/2 cup of greeted paneer.
- You need 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.

- You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare of Mozzarella cheese.

- You need 3 tbsp of all purpose flour.
- It’s 3 tbsp of corn flour.

Doughnut croquettes instructions
- Cut mozzarella cheese as a small circular ring..
- In a bowl add potato, paneer, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and mix it well..
- Now take a small portion of mixture and stuff mozzarella cheese ring in it and make it of doughnut shape..
- Then dip it in slurry and coat with bread crumbs properly. Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour..
- To make slurry add all ingredients and mix. Then add sufficient water to make slurry..
When oil is hot, fry croquettes until golden brown on all sides.Donut Shaped Potato croquettes are fried donut shaped potato rolls, coated in breadcrumbs, crispy from outside and soft from inside.These croquettes are actually very easy to make.
