- Prepare 2 small of red chili pepper.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of sliced ginger.
Add the pepper strips to the skillet and stir-fry until they have wilted, about five minutes.Return the chorizo to the skillet and add the vinegar.In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high.Stir in the rice, beans, chorizo, soy sauce, and garlic.
