Ingredients of Indonesian-Mie Goreng
- It’s 1 of small cup tofu-cut into small pieces.
- You need 1 of small cup Capsicum-cut sliced.
- Take 1 of small cup carrots-cut sliced.
- Prepare 1 of small cup mustard leaves(savi).
- Take 3 tbsp of indonesian Sweet sauce- easily available in super market.
- Prepare of (Kecap Manis).
- Take 3 tbsp of chilly sauce(sambhal).
- Prepare 1 of small cup spring onions.
- Prepare 1 of Medium size Onion-cut sliced.
- Take 2-3 of Garlic cloves-cut sliced.
- It’s 3-4 of Fresh whole Red chillies.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.
- Prepare 2 of tbspoon oil.
- Take 1 packet of Hakka Noodles.
- Take to taste of Salt according.
- Make ready of Ingredients for sambhal:.
- Prepare 1 of medium Size Onion.
- Make ready 2 of medium Size tomatoes.
- You need 4-5 of Garlic cloves.
- Make ready 7-8 of Fresh whole Red chillies.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1/4 teaspoon of sugar.
- Prepare 1 of tbspoon oil.
Indonesian-Mie Goreng step by step
- First take pan boil water and add noodles,Boil noodles till done but not v soft,sieve it and add 1 tablespoon oil and keep it aside..
- Put oil in a pan and add sliced onions then stir it for sometime then add sliced Garlic and then all sliced veggies,stir it properly n add salt n pepper powder and chilly sauce(sambhal)then add boiled noodles and sweet sauce and add spring onions and serve it..
- Sambhal:put oil in pan and add onions cut into big pieces and add tomatoes,garlic n Red whole chillies,all cut into big pieces,add sum salt n sugar and stir it nicely till tomato water dries,then keep it aside for sometime.once cold then blend all together..
