Ingredients of Siomay (Indonesian Dumpling)

Siomay (Indonesian Dumpling) instructions
- In a bowl, combine pork meat (chicken meat and shrimp paste) with shallot, garlic, white pepper, sugar, salt, and cooking oil. I used food processor to combine it. Then add egg and mix well.
