Ingredients of Masala Dosa
- Take 150 gm of boiled potato.
- Take 50 gm of onion.
- Take 50 gm of tomato.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger chilli paste.
- You need 20 gm of peas.
- Take 2 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Make ready 20 gm of Coriander.
- It’s 10 gm of curry leaves.
- It’s 1 tsp of chana dal.
- You need 1 tsp of urad dal.
- It’s of Dosa batter.
- Make ready 3 cup of rice.
- It’s 1 cup of tuvar dal.
- Prepare 1 tsp of methi seeds.
- Make ready 2 tsp of salt.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of curd.

- In a pan, add some oil,now add some mustard seeds.Let it pop,adding to it the chana and urad dal with curry leaves..
