  1. We will make orange colour dosa for this 1st melt jaggery and mix in dosa batter and spread on pan and some oil and check dosa cook well.
  2. Now we make white colour dosa for this we use normal white batter spred on pan with some oil and white dosa also ready.
  3. Now we make green dosa for green colour i m using kasuri methi, mix kasuri methi in batter and spread batter on pan wait for cook well and spread oil now green colour dosa also ready.
  4. After making dosa i have cut in kite shape 1st orange colour triangle than white colour triangle and then green colour as seeing in pic now kite dosa is ready.
